I’ve developed a training philosophy that takes a 3 phased approach to reaching your fitness goals. Most client will begin in the Habit Building phase, progress to the Optimization phase, and finally reach the Lifestyle phase. In each stage of this journey, we will be implementing a full body training routine that will allow you to achieve the proper intensity in about 3 hours a week.

I believe where most trainers fail is by following the trendy workout of the day, or by setting false expectations with their clients. While I look forward to developing relationships and believe in the path of least resistance to success, I want you to reframe your goals before we begin. Having fun or maximizing joy should not be high on your list of priorities. If you can give me 3 hours a week of hard work, there will be dividends paid throughout countless domains of your life. I’m not here to tell you you’re perfect the way you are. I believe there is a better version of yourself lying deep within. I believe hiring me as your trainer will change your life. I believe it’s time to tip the scale!

Sean Howard brings a unique mix of personal achievement and experience to Scale Tippers. He has dedicated his life to fitness and reached the pinnacle of body building by earning his IFBB Pro Card in 2024. Simply put, he is one of the leading fitness authorities in Montgomery County.

What separates Sean as a trainer is his ability to meet clients where they are. Have you competed but not achieved the placing you expected? Have you never stepped foot in a gym and don’t know where to begin? Whatever your goals are, there is no one better served to help you reach them.

Seans credentials include: BS in Exercise and Sport Science, MS in Sports Management, CSCS and ACSM certified, IFFB Pro, and 20+ years’ experience.
